Auction update

19 JUN 2017 — The last few days belong to a TV soap. On Saturday morning Natalie Worthington contacted the auction house who informed us the land had been taken off the market on Friday. Labour Councillor John Byrne was informed of this matter and stated in message that Bolton Council have listened, they are onboard and they had been prepared to put a bid on on Monday. Unfortunatley in the process of dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s it had come too late.

Today however, UKIP Councillor Sean Hornby informed local residents that the land sale has not gone through. It is now back on the market and available for Bolton Council to act. In our opinion the potentional developer took a minute to google search their investment and realized they held a poison chalice.

When we recieve new information we will post an update.
